#Xbox will not update/connect to xbox live

- I have tried disconnecting from the internet, reconnecting, putting ethernet on the xbox. Nothing worked.
- Stay offline for a few days. Delete some games to make space even though my xbox has plenty of space for the update. Changing wifi from wireless to wired. Disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi.
- Yes, they show/talk about connection issues but when I go to check my internet connection my xbox says it is good to go and its all connected.
Also, when I try to update, it goes to 20% instantly and then says theres an issue.
