#"Add new" doesn't work for any accounts. Even accounts that were on it before.

On an Xbox Series X
Anytime I try to add a new account it doesn't work. I enter the email, and then the password. It loads for a split second then the window closes and nothing happens.
I've tried hard reset, factory reset, router reboot, Hotspot, log in using another device, none have worked. And after the factory reset even accounts that were previously logged in won't sign in either.

We just fixed it. What worked was Clearing the Alternate Mac Address
