Hello everyone I have a series question I would like to bring into this chat because I’ve notice a critical issue that’s happened with a couple peoples Xbox’s including my friends
With a recent Xbox update my friend is having a issue where there XBOX series s is presenting a black screen after being turned on after seeing the Xbox logo & then there only visual options is the 3 main power off controller power off console or restart then hitting restart console keeps the console in a light flashing loop on the console
After countless resets power l cycles still having the issue & also when attesting to enter recovery mode the Xbox loses power & turns off then reboots back to trying to boot as normal but then presenting black screen again
Is there any fix should this console be serviced ? Or is this a bug at the moment effecting drives to make the OS to become unreadable ?
Also we’ve disabled internet temporarily as a way to see if it would fix it & did not so…. Idk any thoughts would be great
