#XBOX GAME PASS SUBSCRIPTION PROBLEMS!

So I'm trying to renew my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
It's been suspended due to an unpaid balance of 17,99.
Now I have 28.69 on my account.
Recurring billing is on, yet it's not automatically renewing.
I can't pay the outstanding balance of 17,99 myself, as it just gives me an error everytime, basically saying that "the sum of 17,99 couldn't be processed, please try again later".
I can't cancel the subscription either, as it just loads some other page, and then reloads the same page (the manage subscription one.)
Please help me!

You need to contact official support for billing/account issues.

How do I best contact support? The official support site has too many options and feels like a headache to me.
