Hello, I was banned from Xbox a long time ago and when I went to the contact us section it said to view your sanctions. When I did that it didn't show anything and said "unfortunately we can't receive notifications right now" and this has been the case for a few months. What should I do to get my account back?

If it's been over 12 months, the enforcement team won't review it so there's nothing that can be done. Otherwise, all you can do is keep trying the enforcement site.

its been a 4 5 months max but the enforcement site dont help me its only says “unfortunately we cant receive notifications now”
