#"Licensing Issue" warning on game I've already paid for and own digitally.

I had a friend over the other night and we were looking for couch co-op games to play. I remembered that I'd bought Hunter: The Reckoning on the Xbox store a while back and went to my list of owned games to install it. It wasn't there, even after double-checking (it still isn't listed there now). I went to the Xbox store and searched it to see if it had been delisted, and it's still there - and what's more, it says I own it and let me install it off the store page.

Installation worked fine, and it runs properly. But it has the Licensing Issue warning next to it (the triangle with the exclamation point, like if a game leaves Game Pass) and it won't go away, even on restart. Has anybody else encountered anything like this before?
