I’m trying to play skate 3 but I need to connect my Xbox account to my ea but whenever I try to connect it, it says something went wrong. All I see when I search it up as that I must’ve already connected another account to my ea my that’s not the case. I don’t know what to do and need help please

Also when I go to my Microsoft account it says my EA is connected but on my EA account it says it isn’t

go on a browser and verify if ur xbox acct is connected to the correct ea acct at ea website

Likely your ea account is linked to a other xbox account you need to talk to ea support

Pray to God you have access to the email linked because the 1st thing ea support will do is send a 2 factor code to the email and if you can not provide it they lock the account. I have to use a other gamertag now if I want to play a ea game that needs online sign in SMH 🍿

i usually check on ea website. it will tell us if there is an xbox acct associated/linked to the ea acct

When I try to connect it says something happened and gives me a button that says go back. When I click on it Well that didn’t go as planned, we’re experiencing technical difficulties. Please stand by or try again later

Yeah but no repsonse so far and there isn’t any issue option for the problem I’m having

Right so sounds like you have a child account and you would need a parent to allow
