#Xbox 1x E105 even after replacing HDD

It had a dead hard drive so I put another 1TB in. It will get to the third stage of the install process from the Offline system update on USB and then reset and come up with E105. It also gets really hot, is the board just messed up or could it be the HDD? thanks
