Why can’t I stream silent hill f when the games out already ?

Do you mean cloud streaming? It probably hasn't been added to the cloud stream your own games feature.

That has to do with an issue on Discord, not the game. The game wouldn't be able to stop you from streaming it. If there was an embargo (it would be lifted already) it's up to you to honor it, the game can't just suddenly "stop" you.

Idk cause when I load the game it always says “this game doesn’t allow live streaming” when other people on twitch are and on TikTok so im just confused
