it won’t let me press down on anything on my Home Screen unless I press for 3-5 seconds

why can’t I press down things in Home Screen but I can press down in games like my A button stops working when it comes to my Home Screen

It’s happen before and I restarted my Xbox and worked that happen few weeks ago it’s back and when I restart my Xbox or try to it comes back in 10-15mins it took me 10mins to click on a app and it’s took even longer getting into a call it’s only on home page and the home pop up

Nothing popped up

It also treats it like caps like when I use the keyboard pop up it only dose lower case upper and no typing

Honestly the most annoying thing ever

maybe its an issue with ur current controller. try wire another controller to console
