having a strange issue with my controller, on its own the power on doesnt want to work even with full battery, i have a workaround to charge it then turn it on, got a 3rd party battery charging station, will have to test out other batteries but has the xbox button itself had issues before?

its certainly possible that something inside is effecting the button your best bet is to buy new AA batteries and try those has it could easily be a bad battery pack
