I've been playing on an Xbox since I was 5 and I've had an account I lost in the year 2021 and I would like to recover it but I forgot the email and password and I don't know what to do I need serious help.

Ask whoever setup the account for you. Since you were 5, someone had to create the account, and hopefully knows the email.
