Hello my XBOX Series X keeps giving me error messages that the last time I played a game I played it with a disc and that I should either insert it of sign in to an account that has purchased the title. All of this while the disc is already inside the console. The disc is in pristine condition so I'm not sure what is going on. I always have to eject the game then insert it back.
