Hi there! My name MisoJisoo and I had my xbox account since 2013, created in Canada.

My account got hacked and sent a derogative message to another account (I assumed it was the hackers account) and reported it. (Note: I'm not like this and I took a screenshot of the photo evidence on my phone to prove that I found it like that) The hacker persistently logged into my account for three days to buy and gift games to another account. fortunately, I got my refunds back and still worried about getting hacked!

I changed my password and made a new email to filter out the weeds and such. I got all the 30 day history photos but so far, every Xbox support agent told me that my account was safe and a hundred percent secured.

Skipping ahead from those past three days, my account got banned and its heavily put onto me when I try to explain to an agent (I know agents cant do anything except what you can/cant do on their end) but there's gotta be another way to tell enforcement that I have photo evidence to prove that those hacks were intentional and the hackers trying to get my account banned.

What can I do to rectify this situation? I do not want this account having strikes based on what the hacker is trying to do to me otherwise, my account will be banned like forever and all of my 10-12 years of my gaming life thrown out like it was nothing!
