for system link u need to connect the two xboxes together via cable
never mind. just connect them to the same wifi. i was thinking of something else mb
good to know also do you need xbox live for system link?
that has nothing to do with network transfer. xbox live/game pass is for what access u get to games that u dont own
xbox live as in xbox core the subscription to play games online

ok so for system link you only need them to both be connected to the wifi right and thats it
im talking about system link where 2 people can play a game locally together without using split screen and i dont have xbox live so i was wondering if it still worked

this is for Xbox 360 has it mainly for 360 games but it works the same on Xbox One and Series consoles you can also use a mix of different consoles and thats what they asking
They r also asking if they need game pass/xbox live for it as well
