Hello. does anyone have problem with adding payment options on console? I cant add as it gives me error under Cardholder name to check my details or add a new card.
I just changed to newly bought xbox console, and ive been using this card without any problems before.

I have XBOX series S
I tried using other credit cards, same outcome, theres no error code just the error sentence that i placed in the title of this thread.
i also cant add credit card on microsoft account page, ive also tried other browsers...same outcome

all we can tell you is make sure the details are correct you entered and you in a supported region.

lol ive been tryin to fix this for few hours already, i even spoke to real support agent they said they gonna look up and fix it in few days....and someone wrote somewhere on the internet to switch network and so i did...switched from one wifi to another wifi network and it works now

if support advised you it needs fixing then what ever you do or get advised isnt going to work is it
