#Xbox not installing anything

Hi everyone!, i have an xbox series s and i am not able to install anything in it for the past 6-7 hours, i tried everything

  1. Hard reset
  2. Switching routers
  3. Clean formatting and everything else.
    I just bought the game pass and would like to play forza 🥹

Its just stuck at installing forever

#

When i switch to my wifi it starts to install but my wifi is SLOW 20Mbps. Till bow i used my phone’s hotspot which is around 900Mbps and everything worked perfectly but now as soon as i connect to my phone’s hotspot it just stops and says installing
