Yo, I just got this new controller. I’m trying to figure out how to connect it. Bluetooth.

I tried to hold the button with the three static arrows that didn’t work so then I tried to connect it by pressing the button on the Xbox that didn’t work. I went to the settings or the Xbox accessories and tried to connect it through that way that didn’t work. and I tried to fix it already and it’s not error code.

Is the cord supposed to be plugged in when I do it

Plugging in the cord would be a other way to also sync the controller. Also xbox consoles do not support Bluetooth they have wireless technology but not Bluetooth
