#Does Xbox Design Lab allow shipping carrier to reschedule?

I want to place a custom controller order, as a gift.

I was hoping to order it in advance, then reschedule it to a particular date and/or pickup point for the recipient.

But, I’ve read suppliers (like Xbox in this case) may disable the shipping carrier from providing rescheduling options.

Does anyone who ordered recently know if Xbox has them enabled or not?

If not, I may consider other options.

Recipient is in US, I am not. And currently it seems Xbox Design Lab only allows US orders.
