Im trying to sign into my main account and brothers account but it just keeps loading forever and im unable to sign in as it says I should try to sign in a few minutes and gives me an error code.
It only happens with those 2 accounts as any others seem fine.

you would have to delete the account and re-add them I dont know what is happening at xbox and I am sorry that you are having that problem

I did just that but it’s the same issue, just with the extra Step of logging in and doing the whole ordeal.

No, I am in the insiders Xbox tho, they have been saying the recent update broke ppls consoles but I can’t unroll because I can’t even access my own profile.

ahh I see perhaps we might have the same problem here as a wave of hackers on the pc side of the xbox have been locking people out of their accounts either with bans or just keeping people from logging in. This is really unfortunate because xbox believes that these are normal bans I would try and call the support team and if that dosent work I would hit up at the forums until the problem is addressed by the public enough to warrent a look from the higher ups!
