So basically i updated my xbox one s to the newest version and suddenly at the apply step (3rd step) my electricity went down and after it came back everything was normal and i signed in my account (already was in the xbox before updated)... after an hour i wanted to add a gamepass account but suddenly it didn't work and just kicked me off to the home screen that is after i put the account and password.... so i did a factory reset (keeping my games) and all the accounts disappeared so i did that hopping it well fix my problem... but no. now i cannot add any account even my main account so what should i do now?( every time i enter an account it kicks me back to the xbox screen where my games are in...)
