Good morning everyone, my Xbox Game Pass subscription was charged exactly one hour ago. The only option I see is to cancel my subscription, but there is no option to request a refund, and the system does not show any purchases made on the Xbox page. Is there any way to request a refund? I need some help, please. It would be very helpful.

I was only able to cancel my subscription, but there was no refund option. I checked all the options and the page does not offer any options. 😿
