i have done everything i can ive uninstalled and reinstalled it and did whatever people told me to nothings working help me please

i went to go join my friends in an xbox party [via the xbox pc app] but when i opened the xbox app its just stuck on the launching screen with no end
i have uninstalled and reinstalled and followed a bunch of tutorials
i get no error code its just stuck on the launching xbox screen

that shouldnt be an issue you dont need to open the app to clear the cache
