Xbox Series X - Disc Games not Installing

Can someone please help me? I recently (Arrived today) got a Series X and have spent the last 6 hours going through 18 different disc games, trying to install them but the logo for said game has not appeared a single time, nor has the actual sound for the disc game installing.

I have hard restarted it (held the power button for 10 seconds) and unplugged it (left it out for 30 seconds) and still nothing.

Next thing I am going to try it to factory reset my console and do it that way.

I have tried countless disc games; Snowrunner, Terraria, Just Cause 3, Transformers: Devastation but nothing has been happening.

After I insert the disc, I know that there is supposed to be a sound to signal that the disc is being read and the game is installing, but everytime that I do, it doesn't happen.

use mobile app to install the games and use the game disc as a play disc

Nope, Blu-Ray hasn't worked for me in months

Nvm it worked, I flipped the disc round and it worked
