does xbox one s uses upscaling to boost fps? and when i turn off "50hz" "24hz" "allow auto low-latency mode" "allow YCC 4:2:2"and left others on it gives me fps boost it feels like 60 fps on dbd and gta 5

if the game supports FPS boost then it supports it.
