ive had this issue for 23 days now, BO6 ranked is greyed out & says need to purchase full game or ultimate and i always used to play on it, ive unistalled game, changed passwords, store login and app are the same, contacted xbox and had my gamepass refreshed, verified game files, updated windows, deleted the whole gamepass/reinstated it, contacted activision and they told me to contact xbox so im just going in circles.
