#Cant start xbox app on pc

i bought xbox pc game pass yesterday ,i have to download the xbox app first ,then i cant download the games from the game pass,but i cant get in the app , it keep crashing and stucking at 95% download ,and saids 0x80073cf6 eroor code , what should i do? already tried reinstall app ,windows ,even tried powershell and gmain service ,PLS　ＨＥＬＰ
