I left home and when I came back, I noticed that someone was playing on my Xbox profile, They changed my gamertag, profile picture and all that, the guy was playing GTA 5, he won't let me contact support. I've already changed my passwords and closed all my sessions, what can I do? How do I know if the guy no longer has access, and most importantly HOW DO I GET MY GAMERTAG BACK? I don't want to pay 12 dollars for that.
