I got persona 4 golden from the game pass and wanted to transfer my save file from my pc to the xbox
I know a way to do that but my problem is i cant access the cloud storage online.
Can someone help?

I opened the xbox website and went to my profile > setting > manage game to access my save file but it doesnt want to show me my saves and instead shows me "there was an error fetching your save data, please try again" I have an xbox 1 and i used both edge and firefox to find my saves but i got no result

If its play anywhere yes u can. But if its via steam u cant

well to describe it to you
when i go to my xbox profile and go to the settings i see an option to manage games in the xbox website

when i go to that section it gives me an error and tells me "there was an error fetching your save data, please try again"
