Help my game wont download, It wont say any i have any mbs or kps installing its just the gamer percentage is not going up

a disc game or digital ?
what exactly happens is it just saying qued and not downloading anything ?

It's happening to me on my series s. It's a digital game. It refused to install and downloads at slow speeds before stopping again.

I noticed many other people got that same issue within the same few days
