Hello, I was looking to see if there is way to like, open a ticket to talk to a staff member(s) here because my friend is having an issue I want to help her by having her open a ticket, but I couldn’t find that feature here so, I was wondering if there’s any way to have a conversation with the higher ups to assist my friend in this server.

If you want to talk to Xbox staff for something on the platform itself, you will have to go through the xbox support link.
If you want to talk to the discord server staff about something involved in the discord server only then you can use the modmail.
