#Xbox wireless headset

I got the xbox wireless headset today. It has no Problem connecting with my Phone or other devices, but the pairing with my Xbox Series X wont work. It seems like the headset connects for a second or two and then disconnects with a click sound. After that the pop up "device assigned" pops up and if i open it, it says the following:

"Where'd it go?
The device youre trying to use is no longer connected. Make sure it's on and connected and try again"

I already tried this:

  • hard reset
  • Fully charged
  • pair via setting
  • pair in home screen
  • turn xbox and controller of and on again.
  • pair while plugged into xbox

Please excuse my English. Id be Glad if you could help me since it feels damn dissapointing to not be able to use the headset.
