#Xbox elite series joystick displacement issue

My controller’s right joystick seems to be displaced to the top left. Like it’s tilted permanently in that direction which causes stick drift and I have no clue how to fix it. I’ve tried cleaning it and around it but that’s basically all I know without breaking something
