#Ultimate gamepass is not working (fixed) Read For Solution

All gamepass games show ⚠️ bottom right and i can't play online with games I purchased when I have GamePass Ultimate and this shows on all my accounts including my Main.

Opening a game with this symbol ⚠️ loads for 2 seconds then closes to show error code 0x803f8007

--Fixes I have tried so far--
Check if xbox is set to home.
Remove profiles and Add them back.
Redownload games I own.
Holding Xbox button for 10 seconds and unplugging from the wall of 5 minutes.
Restart Console.
Restart/Turn Off WiFi and unplug Ethernet cable.
Press XboxOneBW Button->Profile->Subscriptions->Gamepass and it is Active, just not working as if I didn't own it

SOLUTION 1: Press XboxOneBW ->Profile->Subscription->Gamepass Turn Recurring Billing Off and Restart Console.
When on again turn it back On.

SOLUTION 2: If you pay for the gamepass via an internet provider here is solution. PRESS XboxOneBW ->Profile->Subscription->Gamepass and cancel subscription via manage and scan QR Code to change from paying gamepass through internet bill to a normal Subscription Via Microsoft Store.
(DOWNSIDE FOR SOLUTION 2): No discount through points from some company's which is nothing much to worry about
