My entire friends list keeps going offline at once periodically. ive done every single type of troubleshooting and am at my wits end. It has to be an issue on the xbox server side.
ive already tried deleting and re downloading my account on my xbox. its just a band aid because the issue still occurs.
resetting my modem and router dont fix the issue either. it too is also a band aid and doesnt permanently fix it.

I’ve been experienced this issue on and off as well. I would suggest trying to not worry too much about it, and submit a problem report with the Xbox insider report a problem tool. The more feedback and reports they get on the issue, the more likely the issue will be resolved.

You don’t have to be an Xbox insider to download the app and use the report a problem tool.

You can also use the ‘Xbox Support’ app that is in your consoles apps list to report the issue through there. While in that app, just select the Xbox Status section at the top right and opt to report an outage.
