#Perma banned with 0 explanation and no reason

So I was playing on bo6 and see notice of Xbox enforcement on my notifications I check my account turns out I'm banned for a year and I can't appeal it the next day I get another enforcement banning me for a year and now today I randomly check my account to see if I can appeal or fix this in anyway and I've been permanently banned I tried calling Xbox support about a month ago about this issue and they just said that it's not there department and can't help me so I'm genuinely stuck and wondering what I have done to get all these suspensions
