xbox error 0x8007023e

My console drops this error when I try to load any Gamepass game, I was playing DBD and my console suddenly turned off cuz some kid was playing with a Kite And he drove it through the power poles, making all the neighborhood run out of energy, when I turn on my console, I can't play any Gamepass tittle, only the ones who I bought. I did a factory reset and now I can't link my cellphone to the console and my games Library don't show anything, I can't open Spotify, I can't open the Gamepass tab, I can't do anything.

The console is connected to the internet btw.
