I was permanently suspended on my Xbox yesterday and I don’t know why. I know I was not paying for game pass because I still need to set up my card info and I don’t know if that’s the reason for the perm suspension. The only time I used my Xbox was to watch YouTube and I’m very confused why this has happened. I would appreciate it if I get a reason behind it. Thanks!

There website were you speak to live agent but they told enforcement team can only unban accounts
