I've been playing Minecraft for well over an hour but haven't earned any rewards points. Why?

tried restarting my console, nothing. defo on the internet, defo tried using the mobile app

Do you mean reward points or gamerscore? The latter doesn't care how long you play the game for, you need to earn achievements.

This issue is happening to me as well. Started with the PC reward quests not registering, and then it started happening on the console quests as well. The mobile app quests still work though.

Apparently, there’s a fix in the works. Hopefully the issues gets resolved sooner than later.

Probably would be a good idea to report it as a problem through the report a problem tools with the Xbox insider program app.
