I tried to create a new account on Microsoft and then create one on the Xbox website with it and the console said that the account I wanted to log into already existed...
I tried to create an account only on Microsoft and not on Xbox, and it seemed to have worked, but then after I filled in all my information and chose that account recovery question, it simply gave an error with the following code:

It says it couldn't update, but it doesn't say how to do it.
