#Xbox Series X has disc issues

So, my Xbox Series X is having issues with the disc drive. I’ve been having trouble with discs on my Xbox for awhile now. Some discs such as COD BO3 or COD Cold War read and install perfectly fine - while others, like Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, will read, but won’t fully install. Now, I’m having more issues. I just got a like new copy of Midnight Club LA complete - a backwards compatible 360 game. When I first went to use it yesterday, it read and installed fine. Now, when I go to put it in this morning it won’t read or recognize at all. I made a video showing the issue - when I put in the MCLA disc, it goes in, makes nearly no noise as if it doesn’t even know there’s a disc in there. But then, I go and put in Black Ops 3, and it makes tons of noise because it reads and shows up fine.

For troubleshooting, I’ve tried putting the console on its side, making sure the discs were VERY clean, restarting via the Xbox menu, and restarting by unplugging and plugging the console back in. I just wanna play Midnight Club. What do I do?

It’s not recognizing the disc at ALL. But I figured it out already someone else helped me elsewhere, my 360 and DVD laser likely failed
