My Xbox will only connect to wifi after I restart the console after turning it on

I have cleared the MAC address and set it as an allowed address in my wifi router settings also reset the router

I just get a hardware error saying unable to connect to wireless network

I am unable to try a wired connection

Just wondering if there’s a way for it to connect instantly
