#Cant log into my account

Hi everyone,
I tried to log into Microsoft/Xbox on my PC yesterday, but it says I don't have an account with that email. I've double- and triple-checked that the email is correct, but it still doesn't work.
I've also received emails from Xbox sent to this address, so it's a lie that I don't have an account.

Support is no help at all—my problem isn’t listed, a Microsoft phone bot tells me to contact Xbox support and then hangs up.
And then you HAVE TO LOG IN TO BE ABLE TO CALL SOMEONE AT XBOX.

What am I supposed to do, or how can I reach someone who can actually help me?

You do not have to be able to log in to the affected account to contact support.
