#XBOX APP AINT WORKING

i open. loading screen. closes and doesnt work. over and over and over.
dont tell me to restart or redownload anything ive tried it,
dont ask me to ask xbox support because that ai has no idea what its talking about,
i need help from a real person who knows how to solve it. thank you!
