I have had two messaging strikes in the past both in 2023 also both are expired. I got on this morning played a bit then went to go workout, i came back watched a little bit of youtube then left to go to the bathroom. When i came back from the bathroom i see a message saying my account was suspended. I haven’t messaged anybody saying anything bad or anything, it says you need 8 strikes and it says i have 0. I have sent an appeal but it will not let me speak with a real person. I have photographic proof of everything i need to know how to speak with a real person. Thank you.
