#My head phones won't work

Ok so they were working fine then I unplugged them and played a single player game then I went back to call of duty warzone and they didn't work I tried looking at videos, Google, reddit... nothing I wanna play online with voice chat, the headset works but the mic won't, and it works on my phone but not the xbox, please I need a fix for this problem, I'm letting my xbox cool down a little to maybe fix this ongoing problem... if anyone has any suggestions please tell me I'm willing to try ANYTHING to fix this problem, and I have also tried both controllers, 3 head sets, restarting the xbox, and even unplugging it, even messed with the setting on both cod warzone and xbox
