I got x box game pass and was hyped to load up some gwf 2 but it said somthing with EA in the extension managment, it says that my x box is linked to it but it doesnt work. I really need some help.

i tried to download the game
and that when it game me the issue with the yellow tringle alret saying the issue
i already tried repetdly logging out and in of my EA accounts tried logging in with x box and email i tried searching up my error code and got nothing
and nothing really came up on the error code
the error code was
error code: -2147221163
