#Help xbox one won't turn on

So I was trying to clean my xbox vents since my xbox wouldn't connect to my tv, and ad I did I accidentally tore off the blue ribbon tsking off the case, then I put it back and.i connected all my stuff to the xbox and it won't turn on anymore
