Connexion problem screen con ect

Hello, When I turn on my Xbox for add my account to connect, I enter my e-mail adress and my password. But the problem is when I enter this he returned me on the home screen and I am not connect after that. It's as if I hadn't connected and I would have ignored to connect so it still gives me access to my home screen all the same. I need help I tried everything, restart my xbox, reconnect my network, disconnect my account when everything worked, reset my xbox several times keeping my games and the other in keeping them I remember that I have an Xbox Series S... also he don't tell I have error or wrong password no nothing
