A week ago I updated my Xbox One S and after the update the device started working slowly so I wanted to solve the problem by doing a factory reset but when I did that the update reached 50% and then stopped and did not complete now I cannot use it and when I want to complete the update it shows (something went wrong)

I never had issues like that.
Before i sold my xbone, i reset it and everything worked fine, but i don’t know what kind of reset you did. Anyway sounds like some patch is not compatible with your current OS. Contact MS via official support.

Your current version of Xbox OS refuses to patch itself properly, presumably cause it’s too old.
